Copies of incident reports and/or accident reports completed by the Sheriff's Office may be obtained from our Records Section. The Records Section may be contacted at 1139 Preble Drive, Eaton, Ohio 45320. Telephone (937) 456-6301 or (937) 456-6314. Email address is records@preblecountysheriff.org. The Records Section is open Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

The Sheriff's Office processes numerous incident and accident reports, so the more specific you can be with your request by providing date, time, location, type of incident, names of individuals involved, etc., the more likely the report will be found. If you received a report number from the deputy who took the report, please reference it on your request.

Criminal Record Checks, along with Fingerprinting are performed by our office. Web Checks and fingerprinting is conducted on Tuesday's, Wednesday's, and Thursday's 8:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. and 12:00 P.M to 4:00 P.M.
